Please do not leave messages on the clinic's voicemail system. At present, we are also not able to provide any communications via electronic mail.

We apologise for this inconvenience; however, we have recently had to change our practice of returning patient voice messages due to the overwhelming volume of patient requests. Our staff were so busy returning patients' messages that they were unable to meet the needs of patients at the clinic who needed their assistance at the same time. As you would want in the same circumstance, our first priority has to be to attend to patients being asssessed and cared for by physicians in our clinic.

So, unless you are leaving a message to cancel a previously scheduled appointment, please do not leave any voicemail on our phone. If you would like to make an appointment to see your doctor, please call back at a later time. We have multiple active lines, and make an endeavour to answer each call as quickly as possible. However, if you are urgently unwell, you do not need to make an appointment as you can be seen by the walk-in doctor on service when you come in, on a first-come, first-served basis.

Patients in attendance at the clinic are our first priority.
